Waiver

Every child that attends and participates in a Bouncin' Around Party Center function must have a signed Waiver of Liability.  The waiver may be downloaded from the link below.  The invitations that are self printed from our templates include the waiver on the back side.  If you use "store bought" or "home-made" invitations for your event, you may download and print the invitation sized waiver.

Event Contract

Inorder to secure your party date and time, we must have a completed Event Contract.  The contract may be completed on the phone, emailed or faxed or brought in to the party center during open hours.  Our fax number is 214 391-4580. If faxed, please call to confirm receipt of the fax.  Once we receive the event contract and the required deposit of $100 is processed, you will receive an email to confirm your event.  You may print your invitations using one of the templates provided below.  Remember, the invitations for our Tea Parties are custom designed and printed by us.  You may pick those up at the party center within 3 days from booking your event.  From there, we do the rest!

Our bounce parties include invitations that are self printed from a template posted here.  All invitations when printed,  are 8-1/2 X 11" that when folded, make 1/4 size invitations that are  ready to insert into an envelope to mail or pass out to family and friends.  Should you decide to use "home-made" or "store-bought" invitations, you may want to include the invitation sized waiver (template above) and directions.  Also, please remind your guests that everyone participates,  MUST have a signed waiver and wear socks.
